Abu Galawa is a nice place with a small wreck in the Red Sea, an American sailboat 18 meters long that sank in the 1980s. Here, you can see soft and hard corals and divers, they can see many fish consider the wreck as home. Above all, Sataya overnight is one of the best things to do in Egypt. Early morning transfer from your hotel to Hamata Jetty. Upon arrival, You will be welcomed and you will have the chance to check-in in one of the nice air-conditioned cabins. On the way, you can take photos of part of Wadi El Gemal. Then you will pass by Sharm El Loli, one of the top 13 beaches in the world.
As normal, The snorkel guides will brief you about the program and the stops you will have during the day. You can choose your snorkel equipment (mask- fins- life jackets) in case if you do not have your own. Enjoy the sailing for about two and half hours till you reach Satayeh lagoon which is taking the shape of a boomerang, more than 10km in length. Catch the chance to swim and snorkel with the spinner Dolphin which considers Sataya reef their home.
After fresh-cooked lunch, Short zodiac rides to explore with your snorkel guide the underwater cathedrals reef, caves, coral gardens. Schooling fish of all types are seen in large numbers, while reef-dwellers, such as angelfish and butterflies, provide flashes of color.
Time to relax and watch a beautiful sunset view from a board of your luxury yacht. Enjoy a freshly cooked dinner on board with hot and soft drinks while music hits in the background before you head to your cabin to be ready for the next day's adventure.
Early wake up at Sataya reef to enjoy watching, snorkeling in one of the world’s most pristine locations to experience dolphins in their natural habitat. You may be lucky to hear dolphins vocally communicating with each other. Back for breakfast then sail to Abu Galawa. An ideal place for snorkelers and divers alike. It is a fantastic coral garden and a wreck sank in the 80th for about 18 meters.
After enjoying snorkeling at Abu Galawa, they will sail back to Hamata jetty then transfer back to your hotel at Marsa Alam.
