It houses more than 5200 artifacts including artifacts from prehistoric times onwards covering the entire span of Egyptian civilization. These breathtaking artifacts are displayed among halls belonging to various eras. Some of the most incredible ones include a small section of the magnificent bedroom of Princess Shewikar, a member of the former royal family of Egypt. The exhibit also showcases Jewellery and cosmetics that once belonged to this former ruling Mohamed Ali family.
